Ingeborg Claire – Branding & Website
Ingeborg Claire combines systemic business coaching with breathwork, creating a new approach to leadership development. Her work is aimed at self-employed individuals and executives who want to lead consciously – with inner balance, presence, and self-regulation. At the intersection of business and inner development, she offers services that bring together clarity of thought and awareness of the body.

For Ingeborg Claire, we developed the complete brand identity – without any existing foundation. In close collaboration with the client, we created not only the visual appearance, but also the word mark itself. The challenge was to unite two seemingly opposing worlds: the lightness and physicality of breathwork with the seriousness and reliability of business coaching.
Corporate design between lightness and professionalism
The developed logo combines round, light forms with a clear, professional look. This visual balance reflects the positioning: Conscious Leadership that works from within. The color palette deliberately focuses on courage and modernity – young, soft, and clearly away from the classic business coaching look. Mustard tones and restrained grays create a warm, approachable atmosphere that builds trust without appearing conservative.

Visual language as deliberate contrast
As a counterpoint to the bold color palette, we developed a reduced, black-and-white visual language. Minimalist, straightforward, and mature – the photographs rely on clear compositions and create a visual framework that leaves room for reflection. This deliberate contrast between color and photography gives the brand depth and avoids an overly playful appearance.

The result is a brand identity that not only communicates Conscious Leadership but embodies it – authentic, clear, and with a visual language that unites structure and self-awareness, strategy and presence.

The website translates the developed brand identity into a well-thought-out user experience. In Figma, we developed a modular design system with variables for colors, typography, and spacing, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and facilitating future expansions. The UI design focuses on clear hierarchies and generous white space, giving the reduced visual language room to breathe. The UX concept focuses on intuitive navigation and clear information architecture to structure the various coaching offerings in an understandable way.

The developed social media templates are based on the same design system and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
