Digital Design Language & Information Architecture
Over a period of more than two years, we developed the complete digital design language for the IKK classic website on behalf of the agency C3 Creative Code and Content. We created a comprehensive information architecture that consistently aligns with the health insurance company's services and areas – ensuring intuitive navigation and optimal user guidance.

User Experience & Design System
A particular focus was placed on conceptualizing the user journey – both for the optimized membership application and for the individual service areas of the health insurance. We developed thoughtful components and page templates that were unified in a complete design system. Additionally, we designed the editorial area of the IKK classic health magazine, which presents relevant health topics in an engaging way. The result is a consistent, user-centered interface that makes complex health topics understandable and accessible.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration
The successful implementation was based on close coordination with all project participants: from technical coordination with development regarding CMS architecture and design, to collaboration with the content editorial team, through to direct client coordination and communication – a consistently collaborative process for a strong result.
